Prices: All prices exclude VAT (Value Added Tax) and Postage and Packing, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery: Orders secured by payment before 15.00 are normally despatched same day. Despatch within the U.K. is done ''Next Working Day' unless another method is specified by the customer.

Guarantee: All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Goods will be repaired resulting from any faulty workmanship, but not by the miss-use of the product, within 12 months of the purchase date.

Legislation: Products are supplied on the understanding that they are to be exported to countries outside of the European Community and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with U.K., European and any other local law governing the use of such equipment.

Liability: We (Bitz Technology Ltd) do not accept any responsiblity on the miss use, loss or injury that may be incured by using our equipment.

Returns: All non-faulty surveillance products are non-refundable, faulty items will be replaced. Please ensure you are satisfied completely before completing a purchase. Exchanges may be carried out within 24 hours at the discretion of the manager with a 20% restocking and handling fee minus Postage & Packing.
