Prices : All prices exclude Postage and Packing and VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery : Orders secured by payment before 15:00hrs are normally dispatched on the same day. Dispatchment within the UK is done by the 'Next Working Day' unless another method is specified by the customer.

Guarantee : All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Goods will be repaired resulting from any faulty workmanship, but not by the misuse of the product, within 12 months of the purchase date.

Legislation : UHF transmitter : Products are supplied on the understanding that they are to be exported to countries outside of the European Community and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with UK, European, and any other local law governing the use of such equipment.

Returns : All surveillance products are non-refundable. Please ensure you are satisfied completely before completing a purchase. Exchanges may be carried out, if unopened and unused, within 24 hours at the discretion of the manager with a 20% restocking and handling fee minus Postage and Packing.

Custom made items can not be refunded or exchanged.
